Recruitment campaigns and brand storytelling

Project description:
In collaboration with screenwriter Julie Irgens, we produced a series of films for Sweco focused on recruitment and brand storytelling.

The main campaigns, Grønne Hoder, followed several employees across different disciplines, exploring their roles in the green transition and how technology, AI and engineering contribute to more sustainable solutions.

In addition to the recruitment campaign, we produced a brand film marking the integration of Sweco and Sweco Architects, capturing the people and ideas shaping the company’s future.

Filmed primarily in Oslo, the productions combine interview-driven storytelling with cinematic visuals to present the people behind Sweco’s work in the green transition.
